Scanned by an Artec Leo, this is an old Spanish chair, richly decorated with carved wood and worn leather. I think it'd look pretty cool in the halls of some medieval Lord. The chair has seen lots of use, with some damaged and exposed wood. The shiny cushion has gotten some use.
